Here is a Temporary fix for now and will be fixed in the next version. First Of all copy Microsoft.VisualStudio.Data.Providers.SqlServer from the previous good version Or Click Here to download Microsoft.VisualStudio.Data.Providers.SqlServer File. Paste in This Folder Located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\Common7\IDE Now your error should be fixed.

This is a bug in the most recent release version of Visual Studio. Here is a Temporary fix for now and will be fixed in the next version.
- First Of all copy Microsoft.VisualStudio.Data.Providers.SqlServer from the previous good version Or Click Here to download Microsoft.VisualStudio.Data.Providers.SqlServer File.
- Paste in This Folder Located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\Common7\IDE
- Now your error should be fixed.

Good evening everyone I was able to pass the connection by making an update directly in Visual Studio you enter [Sitecore.abstract.DataProviders] in the Nuget Solution part.
